South Bay Botanic Garden Hours: The South Bay Botanic Garden is open on Tuesdays through Saturdays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. We are closed on all major school holidays. Parking during school semesters is regulated by the campus and you will need to purchase a $3 parking pass from the yellow parking machines located in convenient campus entrances. You may also check with the campus information booth located at the front of the campus near the bus stop station. To find Southwestern College and the South Bay Botanic Garden, use the following directions:
Exit East "H" Street.
Go Right onto East "H" Street
Go approximately 3.5 miles
Turn Right on Otay Lakes Road
At the first signal, turn right into the college.
At the first stop sign, turn left.
At the next stop sign, turn left and proceed up the brief hill.
The Garden is located on the left in amongst the tall trees - park in Lot E for easiest access to the Garden.
From 5N or 5S
Take 54E to 805S
Exit East "H" Street.
Go Right onto East "H" Street
Go approximately 3.5 miles
